DWx2: Episode 2 part 1: Gremlin Dear Diary,
It has been about a month since I first became a Timelord; and boy has it been . . . different. I’ve seen World War 1, 2, and 3; I’ve seen planets that I never thought could exist, and so much more.
The Doctor gave me this journal to record all of my adventures which was nice, even though I’ve been way too busy to write. He’s taking me somewhere right now, I don’t know where; all he says is that it’s very relaxing. He says that this may be the last trip for a while, I have no idea what he means by that, but we’ll see.

School had just ended and my daily chase from the school preps had just begun.

You already know I just moved to London a week ago . . . well a week and a day, but what you don’t know, and the reason why I’m being chased, is that I’m very quiet during school. Just the punk girl in the corner listening to her IPod; but when I do open my mouth, I sound more intelligent than the teachers most of the time. I have been classified as the school freak, which is impressive because it took about a month to reach that status at my last school in Florida. Now back to the chase.

I awoke in a dark and damp jail cell-like structure with my hands cuffed behind my back and secured to the floor. I saw silhouettes of bodies to my left and right; none of them moved. I looked in front of me and one of the bodies stirred. It looked at me and I saw the one pair of eyes that I needed to see.

“Jenna?” asked the familiar voice of the Doctor.

“Yes it’s me,” I replied, trying to scoot to him but was hindered by the chains that secured me to my place.

So, it’s been a couple of days since my dad left and now . . . I have to start school. I haven’t been to school in months! How in the world am I going to do this without seeming like a now-it-all freak; which I am! Ugh, well at least I had time to go shopping for some new clothes so I don’t look like a complete weirdo. Oh well, I have to head to school now. Wish me luck.
